摘要

目的总结石斛属植物种子萌发的研究进展。方法以国内外发表的相关文献为依据,进行归纳、总结。结果有20多种石斛属植物开展了种子非共生萌发的研究,相关技术已用于种苗的生产;对该属植物种子共生萌发的研究方兴未艾,已经发现了一些萌发真菌,集中于胶膜菌、蜡壳菌等真菌类群,这些菌株在种苗生产上有很好的应用前景。结论石斛属植物种子萌发的研究主要包括非共生萌发和共生萌发两方面内容;利用萌发真菌与种子共生萌发获得种苗,是石斛类药材人工栽培生产的发展趋势。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To summarize the research progress on seed germination of Dendrobium plants. METHODS The home and abroad published literatures were searched and reviewed. RESULTS Asymbiotic germination was carried out on over twenty Dendrobium species, and the related techniques have been used for seedling production. The studies on symbiotic germination are in the ascendant, and some germination-promoting fungi have been discovered, which mainly include Tulasnellales spp. and Sebacima spp.. The fungi possess a good application prospect on seedling production. CONCLUSION Asymbiotic and symbiotic germination are the two main research issues of Dendrobium species, and the latter should develop into an important technique in artificial cultivation of medicinal Dendrobium plants.
